Gaudio’s opened its doors in 1958 right here in Astoria, and we have been in the same location ever since.

Our founder, Louie Gaudio, came to New York from Calabria, Italy with a simple goal — serve honest Italian food made the right way. Back then, a slice was 15 cents and a soda cost 10 cents. What has not changed is our commitment to quality, family, and tradition.

Today, the next generation continues what Louie started, keeping the recipes, the standards, and the neighborhood spirit alive.

For over six decades, Gaudio’s has been more than a pizzeria. It has been part of the Astoria story.
